Weekly Youth Fitness and Sports Performance Training Schedule

Monday - Friday:

4:30pm – 5:30pm (Group Session)
6:00pm –7:30pm (Individual Session)
7:30pm - 8:30pm (Group Session)
8:30pm – 10:00pm (Individual Session)

Saturday - Sunday:

      11:00am - 12:00pm (Group Session)
      12:15pm - 1:15pm (Group Session)
      1:30pm - 2:30pm (Group Session)
      2:45pm - 3:45pm (Group Session)
** 4:00pm - 11:00pm (Individual Session)






**Call to schedule

Reservations MUST be made for ALL sessions, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • There is a maximum of 8 athletes per class
  • There is an 8-hour cancellation policy for all sessions

To reserve a group or individual session:
  • Email scheduling@d1speedacademy.com and give your name and the session(s) time(s) you want to attend; or
  • Call or text (347) 724-1617 and give your name and the session(s) time(s) you want to attend
